Below are the Terms and Conditions for She Moves and are put in place to protect all parties.
Changes to Terms and Conditions may occur at any time, we recommend She Moves members and customers of our services review these terms and conditions often. Continued use of She Moves services indicates to Renee and Jenna that you agree to be bound by any modified terms.

Materials and content contained on the She Moves website are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All individual’s considering using the free content on She Moves, subscribing to a She Moves membership or purchasing a She Moves programme should seek medical clearance by a qualified health practitioner before participating.
She Moves aims to provide resources, tools and guidelines however, information displayed on the website, in the members group or inside programmes is not specifically tailored to suit an individual’s specific needs. Users should not rely exclusively on information provided by She Moves for their health needs and requirements such as injuries or other health problems; these should be discussed with a Doctor or Health Practitioner.
She Moves does not endorse the comments or advice of other members or its accuracy or completeness. Professional advice should be sought where necessary, in particular, if you have special dietary needs, physical disabilities or health conditions. (I.E Sally brown who posts something should not be taken too seriously)
The She Moves community subscription operates on a workout timetable, which may be subject to changes in class times and the number of workouts offered each week.
She Moves is an online forum, whereby members are able to post comments and share photo’s within the group. By participating inside the group, you accept that any comments or posts you make will be visible to all members of She Moves.
In consideration for your use of She Moves, you agree that Renee Norman, Jenna Smith and She Moves will not be held liable in any manner whatsoever for any decision made or action taken upon the information provided through She Moves.
All materials and content contained on or through the She Moves website is published in good faith and any action upon receiving information published is strictly at your own risk. She Moves will not be liable for any losses, injury or damages in connection with the use of this website.
Pregnant or postpartum
If you are exercising during pregnancy please ensure that you stick the the workouts that are clearly labeled as being pregnancy safe.
Please ensure you get medical clearance to exercise from your GP and LMC. We also advise showing your medical professional our programme/s to seek their professional opinion as to whether it is suitable for your circumstance.
When returning to exercise PP please ensure you have waited at least 6 weeks and received clearance from your GP or Physio.
We advise all women if possible to be seen by a pelvic floor and core physio to asses their abdominals and pelvic floor before retuning to exercise.
When starting back please spend time completing our postpartum programme and or pelvic floor an core restore workouts before returning to your normal workout routine.
Returns & Refunds
She Moves do not offer a return or refund policy on its membership products.
If you decide to cancel your membership, you expressly acknowledge and accept that:
You are required to give two weeks notice of the cancellation of your membership by filling out a cancelation request form which is linked off the participants welcome email as well as inside the She Moves community.
Participants with a monthly or yearly subscription shall not be entitled to a refund of the membership subscription for the month/year irrespective of the reason for or timing of the cancellation request
Members who need to pause their membership due to injury or other reasons can easily do so. Monthly members can pause their membership through the Customer Service Quick Links within the community. Yearly need to email admin@she-moves.co.nz
Where She Moves offers a money back guarantee on programmes the customer must contact She Moves within 7 days of purchase to claim. Requested refunds after 7 days will not be accepted.
All free trials to She Moves will automatically switch onto the standard membership rates once the trial is completed unless cancelled by the member.
Promo codes and free trials are not available to individuals who have had an active She Moves subscription within the past 6 months. If a member who signed up within the last 6 months re-subscribes, our system will automatically refund the promotional rate and charge the standard rate.
She Moves operates on a subscription model, meaning charges will be applied monthly or annually until the customer cancels their subscription.
