Each week 11 new live workouts are delivered inside a private members Facebook group. You can do them live or on demand whenever it suits. Thousands of workouts to choose from!

Ren & Jen are mums to 6 children aged 6 and under - 3 babes each! They are incredibly passionate about supporting mums to keep moving throughout pregnancy and return safely to exercise postpartum. Both fully qualified in pre and postnatal exercise they have been described as having the ‘go to’ online workout classes for New Zealand mums.
