Our running programmes are designed to give you everything you need in order to nail your running goals and cross the finish line knowing you’ve given it everything you’ve got. You’ll receive a comprehensive programme with a breakdown of what to do each day, race day tips, a stretching guide for runners and total body workouts to support your running strength. 

No matter where you are on your running journey, be it just starting out or wanting to nail a half marathon, we’ve got you covered.

Beginners Running Programme

Everyone has to start somewhere and if you’ve been secretly wanting to step up from a walk to a run then we’ve put together the perfect programme just for you. Whether you just want to run for yourself or have your eyes on a race, this eight week programme will get you from walking to being able to confidently run five kilometres.

10km Running Programme

Are you looking to clock up those kilometres and tick off a 10 km event? Then this 10 week programme will get you race ready. Including eight weeks of running training and two taper weeks, you know you’ll head into your event with a fresh body, ready to smash your time. Suitable for those that can already run 4 km non-stop.

Half Marathon Running Programme

This 14 week programme provides you with everything you need to nail that half marathon you’ve always talked about doing. With 12 weeks running training and two taper weeks included, you know you’ll head into your race ready to give it everything you’ve got. You’ll need to be able to run 6 km before starting this programme.
