In our experience, time is by far the biggest excuse/barrier when it comes to exercise...
"I just can't find the time to exercise" or "Ugh, time's not on my side."
Believe us, we've heard all the excuses, but we've got to be straight with you. Saying you don't have time? Yeah, it's a bit of a stretch.
Everyone's got time, it's just about whether you're ready to hustle for it, have a real reason pushing you, and are ready to put exercise on that priority pedestal.
We all get 24 hours in a day, right? We make time for what clicks on our 'important' radar.
Here at She Moves we believe it’s all about getting the why and the how sorted and keeping these at the front of your mind! Once you’ve got this sorted it really is the first step to stop thinking and start MOVING!

Don’t have an hour to move? That’s fine! You DON’T need an hour!
Before you think workouts are an endless time-sucker, pause.
Please know you don't need a full hour! 20-30 minutes is the sweet spot to score an awesome workout, boost your mood, and level up both your body and mind.
