Check your email, download and print the Level up Your Way Fitness Tracker.

Join the free level-up workshop (31 Oct) where together we’ll help you create a realistic training plan that will get you the results you’re looking for.

Fill in your tracker, stick it on your fridge as a visual reminder and move towards your goals.

3. Let’s Level UP!

It’s go time! Choose from different workout styles, different trainers and get incredible support from community members! Tick off your movement each day on your tracker!

What style of workouts are included in the challenge?

Workouts for all women

At She Moves, we know that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to exercise, which is why we’ve created an online fitness program for women with oodles of variety! Whether you’re pregnant, postpartum, or beyond, we’ve got you covered.

Our online workout classes are all 30 minutes or less, including warm-up and cool-down, because we know you’re busy and need workouts that fit your life!

  • Choose what's best for YOU! High-Intensity Interval Training, Power Yoga, Low Impact HIIT, Stretch, Core & Mobility, Weighted workouts, Barre, Pregnancy Modified, Pelvic Floor & Core Restore!

  • Yes! All the workouts are saved inside the community and you can go back and do them anytime that works for you. 

  • No! One of our biggest goals is to make exercise accessible for all women. That’s why almost all of our workouts require zero equipment. We do have our weights workout where we use dumbells however you can just use cans from the kitchen if you want!

  • Yes! Starting is always the hardest bit but trust us we have got you and you can 100% do this! For our beginners the best workout to start with is She Starts! All of our workouts are time-based which means we set the time and you just do as many reps as you can. It’s not a competition and we always say just make it work for you. If you are moving you are winning! If you need some help to figure out which workouts would be best for you to start on then please just reach out to us.

  • Yes! As long as you are experiencing a normal pregnancy and have medical clearance from your GP / Midwife. Please just ensure yuo stick to the pregnancy-safe workouts - these are clearly identified inside the membership.

  • Yes! We recommend checking out our 5 min read on returning to exercise postpartum here. When you are ready please start on our ‘She Restores - Pelvic Floor and Core Restore’ and ‘She Starts’ workouts. Take your time, be kind to yourself and reach out if you need support.
